General

Is Cupdiction custodial?

No. Cupdiction is non-custodial. Your private keys and funds are always under your control. Disconnecting the app does not move or affect your balance.

When does real trading open?

Trading opens June 8, 2026. Until then, you can use the Trade Queue to lock in your position.

What blockchains does Cupdiction support?

Solana only. All deposits, trades, and withdrawals happen on Solana mainnet.

Trading

What currencies can I use?

USDC, USDT, and SOL (all Solana SPL tokens).

Can I sell my shares before a market resolves?

Not in the current version. Shares are held until market resolution. Exiting early is not supported in MVP.

What is the Trade Queue?

The Trade Queue lets you commit your side and amount before trading opens. No funds are deducted until you activate your queued entry. Go to Profile → Trade Queue to view and manage your queue.

Why was my trade rejected with “slippage exceeded”?

Your order would have moved the market price by more than your slippage tolerance (default 5%). Try a smaller amount or wait for more liquidity.

What happens if my order fails after submission?

If the on-chain transaction fails (e.g. Solana congestion, blockhash expiry), your funds are not deducted. Try again.

Markets

How are market outcomes determined?

By the oracle — an automated system that fetches data from pre-specified sources and applies the resolution rule. The rule is written at market creation and cannot be changed.

What does “Pending Recheck” mean?

The oracle ran but couldn’t confirm the outcome (usually because an external API was unavailable). It will retry on the next cycle (every 10 minutes). No action needed from you.

What does “Needs Review” mean?

The oracle detected a conflict between data sources it cannot resolve automatically. An admin will review the evidence and settle the market manually.

What if a market is voided?

Your full stake is refunded. Void markets are rare and occur when the underlying event is cancelled or data is permanently unavailable.

What is a graduation market?

A market asking whether a specific Bags.fm token will migrate from its bonding curve to Meteora DAMM v2 before the deadline. YES wins if the token graduates; NO wins if it doesn’t.

What is a fee race market?

A market comparing fee growth between two established (graduated) Bags.fm tokens during a specific window. The token that generates more fees during the window wins.

Do graduation markets use lifetime fees?

No. Graduation markets resolve based on migration status — not fees. Fee race markets are the ones that use fee data, and they use delta (growth during the window), not total lifetime fees.

Why might an established token have no fee race market yet?

Fee race markets are created manually by Cupdiction admins for pairs of tokens with sufficient fee history. Not all tokens will have markets at launch.

Wallet and accounts

I signed in but don’t see my wallet address. What do I do?

Go to Profile → Account → Connected Accounts and click Refresh. Privy sometimes takes a moment to sync the embedded wallet.

Can I use my own Solana wallet instead of the embedded one?

Yes. Go to Profile → Account → Connected Accounts and link your external Solana wallet (Phantom, Backpack, etc.).

Can I export my embedded wallet?

Yes. Go to Profile → Wallet → Export private key. This lets you import your wallet into any Solana wallet app.
