$CUPDIRoadmap

Roadmap

The $CUPDI roadmap describes the intended direction for community features across three phases. This is a planning document — not a delivery schedule or commitment.

⚠️

Nothing in this roadmap constitutes a promise of future utility, features, or token value. Phases are directional. Items may be added, removed, deferred, or changed without notice.

Current status

StatusMeaning
PlannedIntended for this phase; not yet in development or live
In progressActively being built or tested
LiveAvailable on the platform

Unless explicitly marked otherwise, all items in this roadmap are Planned. No Phase 1, 2, or 3 item should be assumed to be live or in progress unless Cupdiction announces it through official channels.

Phase 1 — Community foundation

Direction: Establish the $CUPDI community layer alongside Cupdiction’s prediction markets.

  • $CUPDI community launch
  • Publish launch allocation and creator allocation transparency notes
  • Holder tier badges (Receipt Keeper, Bags Racer, Solana Prophet, Receipt Lord)
  • Before Kickoff OG badge for early community members
  • Receipt Points — base earning for all users, with holder multiplier tiers
  • First holder-accessible Bags.fm fee-race campaign (if and when campaign budget is available)
  • Community announcement channel and holder recognition

Phase 1 is focused on laying groundwork: connecting $CUPDI to Cupdiction’s existing activity without introducing complex mechanics.

Phase 2 — Participation and curation

Direction: Expand how holders can engage with Cupdiction’s market and community direction.

  • Bags.fm market suggestion tool (mid tier and above)
  • Featured market voting — community input on weekly featured markets
  • Holder-specific leaderboard views
  • Additional campaign formats (receipt contests, accuracy events)
  • Solana event nomination access (high tier and above)

Phase 2 introduces curation tools. The extent of these features depends on adoption, technical readiness, and community interest at the time.

Phase 3 — Expanded ecosystem

Direction: Extend $CUPDI’s community presence beyond the initial Bags.fm focus.

  • Additional Solana market verticals
  • Partner and co-branded community events
  • More campaign types based on what works in Phase 1 and 2
  • Community spotlight programs
  • Additional badge types tied to new market categories

Phase 3 is the most exploratory phase. Scope will be shaped by how Phase 1 and 2 develop.

What the roadmap does not include

  • Staking or yield mechanisms
  • Protocol governance rights
  • Revenue sharing or fee distribution
  • Fixed reward schedules
  • Any feature that requires $CUPDI to access core prediction markets

The roadmap is additive — it layers community features on top of a working prediction market platform. The core product operates independently of $CUPDI feature delivery.
